Ever wondered what Australia’s most famous face looks like without its infamous bright red lips, rosey blushed cheeks and brows done to the nines? Well, Luna Park Sydney's iconic entrance has had a glow up. After years of day in, day out long-wear make-up, NIVEA has unveiled its natural beauty.
The result? A brighter, smoother and more fresh-faced grin, ready to greet enthusiastic amusement park goers.
In honour of the brand’s new Micellar Water range, NIVEA has used hyper-realistic CGI tools to unveil the true beauty behind the make-up of the Luna Park face, essentially revealing what it would look like if it stuck to a regular skincare routine.
The stunt aims to highlight the importance of cleansing and the difference Micellar Water products can make to your skin and their nourishing benefits. Launching this month, the four new or revamped products are each designed to target a specific skin type or skin goal: Caring for dry skin, Soothing for sensitive skin, Brightening for dull skin and Regenerating for tired skin.
A familiar face in the core range and a godsend for those with sensitive skin, NIVEA is giving its Soothing Micellar Water another moment to shine. The formula is designed to remove make-up and other nasties from the skin without irritating it to high heaven.
Joining the Soothing Micellar Water product in the core range is NIVEA’s new Caring product, which serves the same mission as all Micellar Water—yet this is specifically tailored to those with dry skin with extra nourishing benefits.
NIVEA’s latest two releases are found in the advanced serum-infused range: Brightening and Regenerating. The former works its magic on dull skin, while the latter hones in on tired, sleep-deprived skin, both helping to restore faces (real or otherwise) to a well-rested, well-loved work of art.
After a long day smiling at the masses, the face of Luna Park deserves a gorgeous glow up. Self-care, baby.
Every product in NIVEA’s core and advanced range incorporates Micelle technology with an amino acid complex to achieve a nourishing and hydrating cleanse—it’s like a little hug for your face (and soul).
