Combining their wildly popular red velvet gelato flavour with their now-famous cookie pie—this spherical dessert slab features dense red velvet and choc chip cookie with a filling of cream cheese custard that oozes once heated. All you've got to do is put your order in, bake it in the oven, then top with your preferred Messina scoop.
This mighty fine pie will be available for preorder Monday 13 September, at different times depending on which stores you're ordering from. These babies always sell out quick, so you may want to scope out what time they'll hit your store and set an alarm for five minutes before—or better yet, sign up for pre-sale. Pick up will be available from your selected store between Friday 17 and Sunday 19 September.
