Forget stuffy concert halls; here in Brisbane/Meanjin we’re lucky to enjoy sun-soaked days perfect for grooving under the sky which is why we’re particularly stoked for this brand-new outdoor live concert series—bringing a stellar lineup of international and Australian acts to South Bank’s Cultural Forecourt.
On The Banks is set to transform the green space into a vibrant live music venue from 1 to 22 March 2026, complete with bars and catering on the Brisbane River. With the city skyline as your backdrop and a melting pot of alternative, pop, garage, R&B, and hip-hop sounds on the stage, it’s definitely a welcome addition to Brisbane’s thumping live music scene.
