Mandy’s on the Mountain is now The Glasshouse Restaurant, serving a sophisticated yet relaxed menu around the statement fireplace. The Chef’s Garden on-site supplies fresh and seasonal produce, and there are two private dining rooms (including one with its own balcony) for special occasions.
