As any true fan of Harry Potter will know, there’s no limit to the amount of times you can read or watch the books and movies and still enjoy them—but trust us when we say you’ve never seen Harry Potter like this before.

Potted Potter is a parody play that takes on the ultimate challenge of condensing all seven Harry Potter books into a mere 70 minutes—with just two actors. As you can imagine, such a feat is impossible without some serious comedy involved, so you can bet you’ll be just about falling off your chair with laughter for the entire play. Do we even need to mention that there’s a game of quidditch and a fire breathing dragon involved?

If you need some further proof that the play is worth nabbing tickets too (and no, you don’t need to enter any lotteries to do so), this is Potted Potter’s third season at QPAC, and the play has been selling out theatres the world over since 2005. So even if you don’t know the difference between a patronus and a pygmy puff, you’ll enjoy every one of those 70 minutes, and might even come away as big a fan of Harry Potter as the rest of us.

Potted Potter is hitting QPAC from 1 to 6 March, 2022, and you can grab tickets here
