Build Your Own Uluṟu Itinerary: Where To Stay, Eat And Explore For Your Budget
Some places leave you speechless. Uluṟu and Kata Tjuṯa are two of them. For Aṉangu, they're deeply significant living cultural landscapes. For everyone else lucky enough to visit, they're places of jaw-dropping natural beauty, unlike anywhere else on Earth.
Even better, getting there is easier than you might think, with direct flights from Sydney, Melbourne, Cairns and Brisbane (until 24 October 2026), making a four or five-day escape surprisingly doable. Better yet, Ayers Rock Resort has accommodation, dining and incredible experiences to suit every budget, from campgrounds and self-contained apartments to swanky hotels and dining under the desert sky.
So instead of handing you one fixed itinerary, we've done things a little differently. Mix and match these stays, eats and experiences to build your own Uluṟu adventure, whether you're trying to save coin or saying yes to a few extra wow moments.
