Calling all foodies and vino lovers. The Moreton Bay Food + Wine Festival is just around the corner and we’re ready to dig in. 

That’s right, an entire event dedicated to the very best local eats we have on offer is about to overwhelm you with mouthwatering seafood, unbelievable wines, cocktail bars, beer stalls, barbecue shacks, and just about every other digestible favourite you could ask for. This iconic event will be kicking off in late July in a brand-new location along the Woody Point foreshore—just a quick 30-minute drive from Brissy. Tastes Of Moreton Bay's signature event is perfect for Friday night drinks and weekend unwinding, helped along by an endless selection of tasty morsels and quality drops.

Tipi Main Bar & Stage

Cool drinks, live tunes and bay views are what will greet you at the Tipi Bar & Stage. This is the perfect spot to meet up with your food-loving friends and kick off the culinary adventure you’re about to partake in. Grab your drink of choice and settle in for chill vibes and stunning sunset views. 

Seafood + Wine Pavillion & Cooking Stage

Famous for their top-notch seafood. The festival will showcase their very own mouth-watering Moreton Bay Bugs, serving up all manner of deliciously prepared sea critters in the Seafood + Wine Pavillion. As the name suggests, it’s also home to an epic wine list that includes the winter essential that is mulled wine. 

Better yet—Aussie legends like Matt Golinski, Alastair McLeod, Dominique Rizzo will be joined by local chefs on the cooking stage as they share kitchen hacks and how to recreate signature seafood dishes at home. 

Craft Brews By The Bay

For those who fancy a decent brew with views of the sparkling blue water, Craft Brews by the Bay has you covered. Expect all manner of quality beer from local, independent, and big-time breweries. Alongside the neverending selection of thirst-quenching brews, you’ll find unbelievable barbecue eats to accompany each sip, as well as arcade games, foosball and live tunes.

Cocktail Corner

In it for the cocktails? Make a beeline for the Cocktail Corner and enjoy one tropical drink after another with waterfront views to match. With island vibes and funky flavours, this is the perfect place to simulate the tropical island getaway we’ve all been dreaming of. While you're at it, order yourself the official festival cocktail—a twist on a piña colada served in an exclusive festival coconut. We'll cheers to that!

Local Tastes Pavillion

For pantry stocking and other such market shenanigans, hit up the Local Tastes Pavillion. This is the spot to sample every fresh flavour Moreton Bay and its hinterland surrounds have on offer. We’re talking farm fresh cheeses, strawberries, cured meats, raw honey, and just about every other locally sourced bite you can imagine. Have a chat with the producers themselves and go home with the best quality pantry products your kitchen has ever seen.

Home, Garden & Lifestyle Pavillion

Last but most certainly not least, we have all the non-food-related goodies on offer. From kitchenware to decor and a whole lot of plants, here’s where you’ll find the homewares of your aesthetically pleasing dreams. The Home, Garden & Lifestyle Pavilion stage will be graced by the ever-iconic Costa Georgiadis—otherwise known as Gardening Australia’s chief plant guru. That’s right, plant-lovers, you can learn from the greenery master himself and get everything you need to create a Costa approved veggie garden, all in one place.
