North side beer lovers rejoice! Aether Brewing has up and moved from its Milton location over to Northgte, bringing the northern suburbs yet another impressive suburban brew-pub.

If you’re nuts about beer and you haven’t paid Aether Brewing a visit then it’s high time you do. Not only does their custom designed brewing system keep the taste of their brews unique, there’s also just something really refreshing about seeing the actual brewing tanks while tasting the fruits of their labour. At any given time you can find 12 beers on tap which can include beers from their core range, their seasonal creations, as well as guest beers (no risk of monotony here!)

To complement the seasonally changing brew menu is of course a seasonally changing food menu! Whether it's casual bar tapas like smoked pork cheek, charred chorizo, wings and gyoza, or more substantial fare like pizza and burgers, you know that whatever you choose will be the perfect accompaniment to the myriad of bev options. Our pick though, are the amazing cheese boards which you can craft yourself from a delicious list of cheeses and are great bang for buck.

If beer isn’t your thirst quencher of choice, don’t fret because Aether also has an extensive all-Australian wine list. Feeling more like a cocktail? They've got you covered on that front too, including creations made with their own beer, like the "Rockstar", which includes Aether-brewed alcoholic ginger beer, Bacardi, falernum, orgeat, raspberry cordial, mint leaves and fresh cucumber and raspberries.

Winning on all fronts, from atmosphere to exceptional food to interesting drinks, Aether is the outer city brew-pub waiting for you to pop on by!
