Built in 1888, The Alliance Hotel is a Brissy institution, and an easy contender for best pub in Brisbane. The quaint, almost rustic English-style interior, and an award-winning menu have made The Alliance Hotel a favourite of inner-city Brisbanites since way back!
With three levels housing The Alliance Cellar and Main Bar, a grand private dining room, an upstairs private function area with original balconies overlooking the world below—not to mention the not-so-secret Chalet Bar (who said Brisbane doesn't have a ski season!)—, there is something for every occasion at The Alliance Hotel. The perfect mix of classic pub come epic dining location, The Alliance Hotel is one hell of an all rounder. Cheers to that!
