There’s no doubt that Queen's Wharf's Sky Deck is swiftly becoming our city’s most captivating rooftop destination–and it just got better. Aloria, the signature venue completing The Star Brisbane's rooftop trio, has officially opened and promises a luxe dining experience that ignites all the senses.

After a successful decade working around Australia and at Michelin-starred establishments in London, Executive Chef Shayne Mansfield has returned to Brisbane to lead The Star Brisbane's Sky Deck venues with a focus on sustainability and minimal waste. Spotlighting Queensland’s dry-aged beef and fresh seafood using traditional woodfire and grill techniques, his carefully crafted à la carte menu presents a refined selection of dishes, each celebrating locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.

Aloria diners have the opportunity to tuck into plates of Fraser Island spanner crab crumpets with finger lime and brown butter or caviar service to start, followed by kingfish crudo with pickled rhubarb and a buttermilk and pink peppercorn dressing as an entrée. Be sure to save room for the mains, so you can indulge in a succulent roast coral trout with almond cream and sauce Jacqueline or savour a hay aged duck breast with beetroot, goats curd, fermented garlic honey and neck sauce.

The Aloria experience extends beyond the food though—not only offering one-of-a-kind, elevated dining with breathtaking views of our city, Aloria boasts an award-winning, curated 12-page wine list as well as a dedicated martini menu to sip your way through. They are open now and serving up lunch and dinner Wednesday through to Sunday—book yourself in and you might just leave feeling on top of the world.
