Get excited wine connoisseurs, this cosy, ambient bar and bottle shop has just opened in Ashgrove, bringing a vast selection of vinos (and knowledge from owner Danilo Duseli) to the 'burb. Walk in and you'll be overwhelmed by wall filled with incredible Italian wines sourced from Tuscany, Sicily, Puglia, and plenty more, with around 160 labels to order by the bottle, and another 57 you can sample by the glass.
For those looking to snack whilst they sip, a carefully curated tapas and charcuterie menu is at the ready to complement your chosen beverage for the evening, all made in house by Duseli himself. The menu changes regularly so you will never have a plate more than once, and of course, if you find a drop you love, you can buy another bottle to take home. Danilo also hosts monthly wine tastings, for those eager to learn more about the trade.
