A new bakery has opened in Cleveland that is entirely gluten-free—and they’re slinging some of the flakiest gluten-free croissants we’ve ever laid our eyes on. That’s not all you’ll find on the shelves at Australian Wildflour Pastry Co either—this decadent spot is doing other pastries, artisan breads, brownies, muffins, cakes, sausage rolls and all those other goodies you usually miss out on, and they even have dairy free products for the doubly cursed. 

Don’t expect ordinary flavours and fillings here—instead you can get your hands on the likes of spiced apple eclair slice, chocolate plum raspberry layer cake, sangria muffins, chocolate caramel hazelnut tart and whatever else the genius bakers have thought up for the week. You can grab and go or take a seat at one of the few tables outside, with nearby cafes ready to supply a takeaway coffee. Australian Wildflour Pastry Co even offers the option to click and collect so you can guarantee your chosen treats will be available, a must if you’re travelling far.
