Ballistic Beer Co. in Salisbury is the suburban brewery of your fantasies—perfect for the inner beer connoisseur in all of us. This friendly, beer-obsessed team are producing something a little different over on the southside; great-tasting beer, with a twist.
Housed in a WW2 tin shed in Brissy's south, Ballistic Beer Co. is one of a few Brisbane-based craft breweries creating truly unique brews steeped in tradition.
But what would a brewery be without opening its doors to the public for a crisp beer (or two). Ballistic is open Thursday-Sundays serving up their frosties, with a little help on the food front courtesy of some of Brisbane finest food trucks.
