Barbecue Mafia Coorparoo

Any Brisbane barbecued meat lover worth their salt will know about Barbecue Mafia—this pop-up turned permanent dining spot opened up in Chelmer in 2019 and has been winning tastebuds with their signature low and slow cooked meat ever since. And now, east siders can get a piece of the meaty action with Barbecue Mafia's second location opening up in Coorparoo. 

Landing at Coorparoo Kings AFL Club (sticking to their original model of teaming up with a sporting club), the casual eatery will have plenty of undercover seating in front of the football field, and will dish up the same menu of classic central Texas style BBQ wood smoked for more than 12 hours on custom built smokers.

As of Saturday 11 July, you can head along for all the brisket, pecan fed pulled pork, Mafia hot links and beef ribs you can handle, alongside their famous Southern slaw, shoestring fries, mac 'n cheese,seasonal salads and more, with plenty of drinks available at the bar.
