Located on Park Road in the heart of Milton, we guarantee the high-end artisanal patisserie will have you drooling and running back for more. 

Step into Beurre and feast your eyes upon the fresh, sophisticated marble space with a marble counter lined with a selection of their culinary masterpieces. The menu is broken up into four sections including core items, seasonal treats, monthly specials and a small range of local-only items that you need to be a regular to snatch up.

If you’re looking for a classic then their plain, chocolate and almond croissants are a sure-fire hit with a buttery and soft pastry that simply melts in your mouth. However, there are already some favourites circling the socials including the black sesame morning buns, ham, cheese and chilli cube croissants and the gianduja marshmallow croissant that gives the ultimate s’more. No wonder there are lines out the door in the morning.

You can also pair your flaky treat with a cup of coffee or their specialty iced drinks including a dirty matcha and the banoffee cold foam latte. We think this new patisserie might just rival some of Brisbane’s local favourites. Run, don’t walk, to Beurre and get your hands on some of these dreamy pastries—we suggest you get in early though, Beurre sells out fast and you certainly don’t want to miss out.
