The Verdict

Blue Room Cinebar in Rosalie has answered pretty much all of our dreams. How? Because it’s a cinema that shows all of the latest hits (and some indie faves) while also dishing out next-level cocktails, food and desserts. All delivered to your seat. Yes please!

What’s on the menu (aside from block busters, obviously)? Where do we even begin… The spiked milkshakes are a must, for a start, and the rest of the movie-themed cocktail menu is pretty impressive too; the Godfather is a fave with Limoncello, Glenrothes Select Reserve, fresh lemon and thyme. We’re also pretty obsessed with the Whiplash’s perfect combination of French vanilla vodka and passion fruit.

The food is also damn delicious, too. There are handmade pizzas, southern chicken bites, cheese fries, calamari, cheese platters, seafood platters and sweet treats like chocolate brownies, plus summer pavlovas and the obligatory choc-top thrown in for good measure.
