The verdict
Nestled in a student hub and west side thoroughfare Briki (meaning, 'coffee pot' in Greek) is a new little coffee hotspot in the back streets of St. Lucia. With homemade baklava and canoli, gelato from Northside gelati connoisseurs, Milany, and a Mediterranean-inspired brunch and lunch menu made fresh daily. Savas and Maria Ermides, the star duo behind Briki, have nailed both sweet and savoury palates, offering simple European and Mediterranean flavours done beautifully.
