If a bowl of authentic, delicioso pasta is what drives your tastebubs, then Casa Cibo, Brisbane's latest Italian joint is well worth a drop in.
Located in Westfield Chermside's brand new dining precinct, Casa Cibo has wrangled some prime real estate overlooking the lush greenery and gardens. Showcasing all the reasons why Italian food is always a fave with, well, everyone, Casa Cibo's menu is packed with traditional dishes (plus some modern takes that really steal the limelight!) that will transport you straight to the motherland.
From pizza to pasta, charcuterie boards and meaty mains, there's something for everyone. Our picks have to be the rosso arancini balls, linguini vongole and their wood roasted porchetta (extra brownie points go to the limoncello tart—it's a devestatingly good twist on a classic).
Casa Cibo are also open for breakfast, dishing up the classics (because what is life without avo on toast?) alongside their house granola, Italian beans on toast, beetroot bread with whipped maple butter and other delectable breakfasts foodstuffs.
Stop in for a big bowl of carbs. Go on, you owe it to yourself.
