Housed on the corner of Boundary and Vulture Street, Catchment Brewing Co has quickly made a name for itself amongst the West End craft beer community. Their core range includes plenty of pun-derful creations—the Whynot Lager has certainly caught our attention—that pair perfectly with a burg from Catchment’s plant-based range. Currently on tap are a range of limited edition brews just waiting to be sampled by Brisbane’s beer connoisseurs, the most popular of which you can score in a four-pack. Catchment even sells beers by the carton, so if you find a flavour you love, be sure to scour their site so you can stock up at home. 

But bevvies aren’t the only thing Catchment is good for—their food menu is just as worthy of the city’s praise and accolades. Treat yourself to a confit garlic stone-fired pizza, or indulge in a delish pulled jackfruit quesadilla and see why the meat-free lifestyle has earned so many loyal followers. Follow it up with some nibbles from their charcuterie board as you rock out to some solid tunes to fill in time before a round of Thursday trivia. 

For something a little more filling, order up a plate of the 300g Angus rump, with a side of sweet potato wedges dipped in sweet chilli and lime. Better still, swing by on a Friday and nab $1 chicken wings between 5.00pm and 7.00pm—aka the perfect way to end the work week.
