Chu The Phat is an exciting Asian fusion eatery in the heart of South Brisbane. The next offering from the same crew that brought us one of our fave Asian restaurants, Madame Wu, Chu The Phat is just as popular—and just as damn delicious—continuing the tradition of the most out-of-control-good steamed duck buns in town. 

With a chic, vibrant interior featuring a kaleidoscope of textures from polished concrete to neon to paper, Chu the Phat combines the best of hawker-style Asian street cuisine, serving it up with modern flair alongside an extensive wine list, to-die-for cocktails and a buzzing atmosphere. Its downstairs bar, The Doll House, spills out onto colourful Fish Lane and provides the perfect setting for pre- and post-dinner tipples.
