Coffee Head Co

Tucked away on Manning Street in South Brisbane hides Coffee Head Co, a cosy, laneyway cafe who specialising in pouring top notch coffee, fast. Not only are they experts in caffeinated beverages, but they also dish up plenty of oozy cheese toasties, featuring gourmet, locally sourced ingredients. Wrap your hands around one of their Cheese Louise toasties on a brisk morning and cop a load of provolone, vintage cheddar and raclette cheese paired with caramelised onion jam between fresh, artisan sourdough. 

That's not all that's on the menu—there's also a handful of simple breakfast bites, like muesli with coconut yoghurt and loaded smashed avo. They also specialise in Mörk hot chocolates and handcrafted chocolate bars, in case you need something sweet for later. Oh, and they're pet-friendly, use compostable coffee cups that you can drop off in a special bin inside, and have food and coffee available right up until 6pm every day (even public holidays). What more reason do you need to make them your local?
