Crumbs Sandwich Bar
Who doesn't love a good sandwich? Sometimes all you need to really hit the spot is a classic toastie—and that's just what you'll find on the menu at Bulimba's new gourmet sandwich bar, Crumbs. A home for back-to basics sandwiches, you'll find no soggy pulled pork or beef brisket between buns here. Instead a menu of six sandwhiches created by renowned chef Ben Williamson features the likes of The Mortadella, with mortadella, provolone, green olive mascarpone and radicchio, or The Ploughman's Grill, stuffed with ham, mustard pickles, cheddar, iceberg lettuce and parmesan.
Several of the sandwiches can be made gluten-free, and there are also vegetarian feeds like The Green Out, with avocado, spinach, zucchini, pesto, feta and za' atar. Oh and here's one for the cheese lovers—The Venetian is a straight up mozzarella sandwich deep-fried with tomato garlic dip. There's even a PB&J for the sweet tooths, along with Blackstar Coffee for a caffeine hit. Basically, snack time is sorted.
