Look out Brisbane, an all new Korean Charcoal BBQ House has slid into our DMs and we’re ready for the soft launch. Dadam is Springfield’s first Korean BBQ joint, and it has hit the town sizzling, serving up an authentic and heartfelt Korean dining experience blending modern cooking techniques with the traditional flavours of Korean life. 

We haven't just swiped right because of the opportunity to DIY our dinner but also because of the stunning interiors and wholesome Korean aura. With its name embodying abundance, sharing and tradition, Dadam promises diverse flavour stories from owner chef Yun, who has incorporated the flavours of his Korean childhood into the restaurant's signature BBQ menu which features only the finest Australian produce.

The restaurant's tables feature built-in BBQs that'll have you cheffing and grilling away like you know exactly what you’re doing. The interactive experience allows you to charcoal your meat how you like and get some of their juicy pork or wagyu on your fork, which you can order as individual plates or as part of a combo set, as well as vegetables and sides like corn cheese and kimchi pancakes.

Prefer to let someone else do the cooking? You can also order traditional dishes like bibimbap and soups. And of course, a BBQ isn't complete without a drink in hand. Pair your meal with one of Dadam’s signature cocktails or house-made creations for the perfect finish. We recommend one of their signature share cocktails, but there’s also Korean soju, beers and house made lemonades.
