The Verdict

Part restaurant, part garden bar, part glamorous function venue, Darling & Co is Paddington's go-to dining and wining spot thanks to their epic food menu, creative drinks list, friendly staff and open, sun-drenched space. What really sets them apart though, are the four distinctive function spaces (each with their own bar). Ranging from corporate shindigs to special events which are remembered forever, or a ‘just because’ occasion that deserves to be celebrated Darling & Co will bring it to life with customised dining options, bespoke entertainment and a team of staff that are comitted to make your event one for the history books. 

In the restaurant, the food menu makes heroes out of local producers, featuring dishes such the Moreton Bay bug raviolo, Hiramasa kingfish tacos and Sovereign Hills lamb belly. While plenty of attention has been paid to putting together an enticing dining menu, libations have not been forgotten, with a carefully balanced list of both familiar and adventurous wines and beers, and a creative range of cocktails, plus an ever so decadent high tea (with Veuve, no less).  Of course, there’s amazing coffee, house pastries and complimentary off street parking, for good measure.
