Dawn

Sister venue to Leonards Bar & Bistro just next door, glamorous Dawn has an almost French Riviera-feel, with scalloped chandeliers above plush grey stools at the bar, green lounges and an outdoor laneway featuring a vibrant mural. 

Here you’ll find a menu suited to snacking over cocktails, with eats like crispy fried chicken with Thai dipping sauce, jamon iberico with honey fermented garlic, fried organic tofu with sticky shiitake and saltbush and mountain pepper fried calamari.

The cocktail list at Dawn is as equally tempting as their appetisers, with some seriously creative sips on offer. They caught our attention with their St Tropez—a refreshing mix of Acqua Bianca, Elderflower Cordial, Mint, Prosecco and soda water. Along with their list of tasty cocktails, they have plenty of other drinks to choose from with old and new world wines, beers and ciders.
