Tucked away in a corner of Newstead, DRZLE is making its mark as Brisbane’s newest cookie bar, serving up some stunningly sweet treats for your enjoyment. Brought to you by one of the creative minds behind Andonis Cafe & Bar, this hole-in-the-wall spot specialises in all things cookies, coffee, and acai. And with a weekly rotation of cookie flavours, we won’t be surprised if you keep heading over just to try something new.

Inspired by a certain US cookie giant who we won't name (you know the one), the cookies here come topped with a swirl of creamy icing, taking them to the next level. From classic chocolate chip to more indulgent creations like their pistachio, Nutella, and Biscoff-filled delights, this is a sweet tooth’s paradise. You can even get them warmed and served up with soft serve ice cream for a little extra indulgence. 

Not in the mood for nibbles? Don’t worry, the treats extend beyond the sweet creations. Aside from their classic coffee orders, with beans by Fonzie Abbott, DRZLE offers some specialty drinks that are just as decadent as the cookies. We’re talking iced tiramisu lattes, s’more hot chocolates, ice strawberry matchas, and loaded Reese’s PB 'n' choc shakes. They've even got you covered if you're after a healthy treat, with acai bowls you can customise with your choice of toppings. Whatever you opt for, you can grab it all to go or take a seat in their breezy seating area.
