Easy Times Brewing Co

Dominating Wooloongabba’s buzzing foodie precinct in a building that once housed an illegal brothel, Easy Times Brewery is the perfect chill out spot south of the river. Located across from the Gabba, the relaxed brewery and pub is just the spot to grab a pint before heading to a game, though it’s certainly worth a trip all on its own.  

Inside you’ll be greeted by a striking mural on the ground floor, with the two-level venue split into the bar and brewery downstairs, and slow-cooked meat haven Proof BBQ upstairs. Though the venue is pouring guest beers right now, the tanks visible from the bar are already brewing up a storm, and soon there’ll be up to 26 taps worth of craft brews to sip your way through, including a session ale, IPA, pilsner and plenty more. Upstairs, Proof BBQ are already smoking their signature barbecue foods that you may know from their Wilston venue. You can pair a tray of brisket, ribs and mac ‘n’ cheese with a brew up on the mezzanine or take your feast outside to the sun-drenched veranda—either way you best settle in for the long haul.
