In the heart of Coorparoo is an old warehouse that has been converted into schmick-looking bar and bistro south of the Brisbane River; enter, Brisbane dining hall, Factory 51.

The red brick warehouse has been lovingly transformed to house this gorgeous restaurant, serving up generous share plates and casual lunches from 11am. Past 5pm the menu shifts to a selection of chargrilled meats and traditional wood fire pizzas, alongside an extensive wine and craft beer menu. We like.

Need a beaut-looking space for your next party? Factory 51's function room is absolutely stunning, with exposed steel beams, polished concrete floor, a green marble private bar, its own private terrace, and a luxe chandelier (we're all about those facy touches).

A total all-rounder and perfect for those long, lazy weekend get-togethers, Factory 51 is a little relic of Brisbane past restored and given life again.
