Known for his love of passed-down family recipes, Nguyen has worked his magic yet again by showcasing some of the finest Asian dishes in one of the most stunning city venues. It's not just the food that gets us hot under the collar here, either; Fat Noodle is also wallet-friendly (yay!)—meaning you won't fork out an arm and a leg for your meal (and let us tell you, it's not easy in this town!).

Fat Noodle uses the freshest, locally sourced ingredients, making their signature dishes firm favourites with the Brisbane dining set.
