Open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening, this pop-up is dedicated to nothing but sweet and savoury souffle pancakes.
Hunt down their bright pink and yellow shipping container kitchen at Eat Street and order up a stack in flavours like berry cheesecake, creme brulee and matcha, or go savoury with eggs benedict or smoked salmon and avo. They even do regular specials like tiramisu, so you'll want to keep coming back for more.
