Hello Please
The Verdict
Hello Please operates out of a shipping container in front of a huuuge graffiti mural of Muhamad Ali—insert pun about the food here being ‘the greatest’—and under string upon string of fairy lights. It really is a cool venue, there’s no denying that. The seating is communal and a far cry from the tiny plastic stools you’ll find lining the streets of Vietnam.
The menu is packed full of Vietnamese street eats, just the way we like it. It’s divided into share plates and more substantial eats so you have the choice of snacks with a side of dranks or a good old fashioned feast. The drinks list changes on the daily, but you’ll be pleased to know some of Vietnam’s best beers take pride of place on the menu. Cue the back packing flash backs.
