The Verdict
House of Hygge is bringing a taste of the Scandanavian to Brisbane, and we're not complaining. Hygge is the Danish word for taking pleasure in the ordinary, a valuable lesson and a great life motto. This new West End eatery boasts an array of Danish classics such as the smorrebrod, frikadeller (Danish meatballs) and rye sandwiches. Less traditional classics include their hoagies, aptly named hyggies and some next level breakfasts. There's also a community garden too, so you know the produce is as fresh as they come.
