Iris Rooftop

Another from the Ghanem Group, Iris Rooftop, perched at the top of Hotel X in the Valley, has Spanish vibes in spades. From the canopy of wisteria above the entrance to the dreamy, curtained booths lining one side of the rooftop, this spot will whisk you far away from the Valley streets below. 

With a menu designed to nibble and share, like any good Spanish-inspired feast, the line-up of eats here includes the likes of grilled tiger prawns with guanciale, lamb empanadas with chimichurri verde and lime crema, Fraser Isle spanner crab bruschetta with saffron aioli and a heap more Tapas-style dishes built to share. Best leave room for a sweet finish though, because you’ll want to dig a spoon into the decadent Basque cheesecake-filled doughnuts and toffee apple churro tart with fior di latte ice cream. 

As for the drinks, there's a range of refreshing Gin Tonica to explore, an extensive Mezcal menu and classic Spanish vibes with a selection of sangria to choose from, plus more.
