When standard pizza toppings just won't do, head for Little G, where a rotating menu board of specials features creative slices like nothing you've ever tasted before. Especially now that they've moved from their original home in Dutton Park to swish new lodgings in Woolloongabba, with more space for carb lovers than ever.
This tiny spot has been making waves in Brisbane's pizza scene since way back when, with rotating toppings that include the likes of wagyu cheeseburger, spanakopita and spaghetti and meatballs, plus a mac 'n' cheese number that always comes back around. Yes, on a pizza. There's no permanent menu, instead you'll find the days specials projected on to one of the restaurant walls (it used to be a cork board—they've moved up in the world), and you can usually catch it on social media beforehand if you're one of those people that needs to peruse a menu before you book.
On any given day there'll be two pizzas plus a handful of entrees, sides and share plates, plus one or two desserts. The only down side to a menu that changes on the daily? You'll want to go back again and again to try it all.
