Passionate about using the best ingredients he can find and combining them in unexpected ways, Executive Chef Americo Fernandes' motto for Margo is pure creativity—delicious classics with a twist. Our fave for entree is the zucchini velouté, squash, housemade goats’ cheese, smoked butter with baguette (because carbs) and freshly shucked oysters. We're in love.
And if all those noms weren't enough, Margo has you covered with desserts to make your heart sing. Try the rum roasted pineapple, lime coconut, chocolate sorbet or the rosemary crème brulée, orange & almond biscotti. #summerbod, anyone?
