A creative addition to the Howard Smith Wharves precinct, Mews is serving up a playful culinary experience for breakfast and dinner in a street art gallery setting with works by local artists including Mr.Sor2, JORDACHE and James Ellis.
Opening Friday 12 August, Mews embraces seasonality, experimentation and boldness on its ever-changing menus, presented in a vibrant communal dining format in the spirit of its home in Crystalbrook Vincent, which is splashed with modern artworks in every room.
80% of ingredients are sourced within three hours of Brisbane, so diners can expect Wagyu from the Southern Downs, Moreton Bay bug, Everton Park honey, Goondiwindi lamb and Mapleton veggies on their plate.
Behind the bar, drinks include an extensive wine list featuring Aussie and hyper-local producers and a handful of signature cocktails available to pair with your dinner, or for a nightcap when the venue stays open late on Fridays and Saturdays.
