Mis.Spelt

There's no doubt we love an aesthetic bakery, and Mis.Spelt ticks all the boxes for 'grammability and then some. A new purveyor of baked goods from the team behind Blackout right next door, this pastel pastry palace has made its home in a hole-in-the-wall spot on the corner of Latrobe Terrace and Collingwood Street.

Inside, a pink-tiled counter holds an array of croissants, danishes and other flaky treats baked by Albion's Doughcraft, while wooden racks behind display loaves of sourdough, rye and other specialty breads. If you've got a hankering for a latter with your chosen pastry, just duck into Blackout next door. We suggest getting in early though, because the Mis.Spelt racks are cleared well before the afternoon.
