The Verdict
The Brisbane Marriott is a pretty special place. What with over 28 floors of pure luxury, a pool with views across the Brisbane River, and a mouth-watering menu on offer at The Motion Bar and Grill, this is a CBD oasis. These guys get it, honestly.
Epic breakfasts like sourdough French toast topped with poached fruit, or homemade waffles drizzled in maple syrup. Drooling already? Wait, there's more: charred octopus, Darling Downs aged scotch fillet, and the classic Marriott Burger—it's chock-full of our fave tasty meals. They also do a seafood dinner buffet on Friday and Saturdays, complete with freshly shucked oysters (oh, and there's a wine buffet too).
