mrs-browns-newstead, new bar brisbane

Newbie Bar & Kitchen, Mrs Brown's has opened its doors on Commercial Road in Newstead—and we're pumped!

Mrs. Brown's is Brisbane's newest neighbourhood kitchen: serving up some impressive share plates alongside a well stocked back bar (all things point to greatness) it's been the talk of the town ever since opening day.

The space is perfect for lazy afternoons spent with friends and post-work drinks: we are totally digging the exposed brick walls, stunning custom mural, lush hanging plants and huge floor-to-ceiling windows that really let the sunlight flood in (are you picturing Aperols in hand, yet? We are). Mr's Brown's has kept the industrial touches of this former warehouse and has even gone and thrown in a giant white marble bar—because why the heck not!?

Back to the food and you'll find a menu full of your fave things: woodfired pizzas (courtesy of Gianni's across the road), pan-fried dumplings, chicken wings and bao, hearty salads and their house specialty, a whole roast chicken. Yum!

Be you dropping in for a cheeky bevvie or are settling in for a long, relaxed night of it (we highly suggest the latter—Mrs Brown's was made for it!) we are loving the vibes of this new Brisbane bar!
