The Verdict
After a devastating fire which gutted this iconic Italian spot in 2019, the New Farm Deli & Cafe is back, with a new modern look but the same delicious array of cured meats, pastas, cheeses, baked goods and Italian sandwiches they've been serving to Merthyr Village locals since 1977.
The long awaited grand reopening of the venue will be celebrated with a entire morning of festivities on Friday 29 November, serving pastries, focaccia, panini’s and more along with jumping castles, face painters and live music. After that, it's back to business as usual, and cannoli lovers can breathe a sigh of relief that their beloved Italian goodies are back where they belong.
