Already a Brisbane city favourite, Phat Elephant has opened a second venue at UPSTAIRS by Toombul, meaning that you no longer have to head for the CBD to get your fix. All about unadulterated, unfussy, authentic Thai cuisine, you can expect to find all of the Thai dishes that you know and love on the menu, and a variety of lesser known dishes for the more adventurous.
Classics like their beef cheek Massaman curry and pineapple fried rice are a must-try, while portion sizes make Phat Elephant an ideal spot to descend en masse, banquet style. To drink, choose from local beers and a variety of Thai options, and don’t even think about not making your way through the cocktail list.
