The Verdict
The Pizza Caffe at The University of Queensland in St Lucia is a local institution for good reason. There are 26 pizzas on offer, one for each letter of the alphabet, each named after a famous Italian movie star or director as a nod to their affiliation with arthouse Schonell Theatre next door.
Our favourites include the "P" pizza (or Passolini) which is an epic combination of crispy pancetta and rosemary potatoes on a crispy base and the "R" (or Rosselini) with roast capsicum with ricotta. The indecisive among us will particularly love the Pizza Caffe because you can actually choose 4 different quarters on the one pizza. #winning
