Opening in King Street on Wednesday 1 July, Potato Boy is dedicated to all things deep-fried golden potato, and its perfect accompaniments. Because we all know that when it comes to fish and chips or a good burger, the perfect potato sides can make or break the meal. The sides here definitely achieve the latter, with perfectly crisp potato scallops and hand cut chips to pair with a beef or fried chicken burger, or crunchy serve of beer battered fish.
