Saigon-inspired Vietnamese restaurant Red Lotus in Annerley is the (actual) big brother establishment to Vietnamese lunch favourite Cafe O Mai. For knocking out crackling pork, wagyu pho and rice paper rolls on the daily, Red Lotus: we say cam on! (That's Vietnamese for thanks).
