The Verdict
Tease your senses by exploring flavours from all over South East Asia—with a modern twist. Located at the base of the Metropolitan Hotel in Spring Hill, Restaurant Indriya offers a unique multi-sensory chef’s table dining experience from one of Malaysia’s finest chefs, Eugene Lee. Chef Lee’s “gangster cuisine," named after his rebellious nature to break all rules of traditional cooking, means he’s a rebel with a delicious cause.
Not one of these chef’s table experiences is the same as the last, so you never know whether you're going to be dining on edible bubbles, sipping nitrogen kombucha or just drooling over braised beef short rib, but what you do know is that you're in for a one-of-a-kind experience. With dishes heroing the best of seasonal produce, guests can enjoy their adventurous feast paired with specialty tea or matched wines. Restaurant Indriya does not accept walk-ins, so make sure you book in advance—you can either gather 10 friends together for an exclusive experience or book in to one of the regular shared table events with a date or two, or even just solo.
