After just over a year of pouring smooth coffees and slinging pastries and toasties to hungry Valley goers, Rings A Bell has finally added an all-day breakfast menu to their offering, and there’s a trio of breakfast baos on it that’s calling your name.

Housed inside a heritage-listed building on Brunswick Street, the cafe may look cosy from the front, but it’s hiding a secret—a lush, dog-friendly courtyard perfect for sitting down to a lazy Sunday brunch, or escaping to for a reprieve from you 9 to 5, coffee in hand. And now, you can order up more than just a toastie or open melt (delicious as they were) to go with your brew thanks to a new breakfast menu from chef Marcus Brown.

A menu highlight is definitely the breakfast bao stuffed with bacon, scrambled eggs and sriracha kewpie mayo, but the rest of the  line up is equally as enticing. Think croissant eggs benny, sweet corn fritters, a breakfast burger and a vege stack. And for those already familiar with the Valley spot, don’t worry, there’s still a toasty or two on the menu, including a smoky beef brisket number with sharp cheese, mustard and sauerkraut.
