Roma Roma is the brainchild of Mantra Hotels’ former head chef Anand Jasnai and ex-Accor Pullman executive Gerlane Jasani. The result? A build-your-own pasta offering that lets you pick exactly what goes into your bowl, from the pasta to the sauce and the protein to the cheese. No matter what you choose, you can expect fresh flavours and high quality ingredients, with the likes of grilled chorizo, prawns and even zoodles on hand. 

If you prefer to leave it to the pros, Roma Roma’s signature serves are designed to hit the spot, like the OG carbonara with crispy bacon and rich egg yolk or the creamy truffle gnocchi topped with crunchy garlic crumbs. Treat yourself to mushroom arancini and garlic bread on the side, and save room for the housemade tiramisu cups for dessert.
