New kid on the scene, Same Same But Different, just opened their shiny new Corinda digs. Sister site to the beloved Bare Bones Society, Same Same But Different will be dishing up tasty breakfasts, scrumptious shared lunch dishes and are planning to expand into night-time territory once they’re fully operational. Already a fan of Bare Bones Society’s breakfast options? Well, get ready for some familiar tastes with some unexpected twists. While the classic honey smacks will make an appearance, owner and chef Kym Machin is serving up some experimental fare in the form of the Pablo Diablo—a sour cream and chive hash cake with slow-roasted pork, spiced fried eggs and green mole—and the Morning Glory - a mandarin, camu camu and basil sorbet, served with aerated yoghurt, kefir jelly and fruit.
Same Same But Different will also cater to the lunch crowd, offering fresh salads, burgers and some cheeky sweet treats. You know where we’ll be going for our next brunch date.
