Shady Palms, in Brisbane's Stones Corner, is bringing the gastro pub scene to Brisbane and we couldn't be happier. Opening for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a Pan-American themed menu (think soft shell crab tacos, grilled cheese sliders, and fried pickles) and with a focus on share plates, and casual dining, Shady Palms is a breath of fresh air in the Brisbane bar and cafe scene. They're bringing back the beer garden too, hurrah! You can't book, so show up early - we predict this little gem is going to get busy!
