Siroco Rooftop

It’s safe to say the group behind Lina Rooftop, Soko Rooftop and Azteca know their way around an iconic sky-high experience, and now they’re adding a new haunt to the stable in the heart of Fortitude Valley.

Siroco Rooftop is now perched above Constance Street (previously Dirty Sultan), in a nod to the Mediterranean coastline. Decked out in raw stone tables, textured rendered walls, flowing linen curtains and soothing neutral tones, the 120-seat venue is framed by 180-degree skyline views—making it the perfect place to be for golden hour just as much as it is for a late-night rendezvous. 

Here, you can fill your table with share-style plates including signature dishes like the Camaron Roja Carpaccio featuring Queensland red shrimp with mango salsa and aji amarillo or the Wagyu Piranha finished with rich onion butter sauce. The Siroco chicken is also a signature you shouldn’t pass up: a grilled spatchcock layered with smoked aleppo pepper and paprika sauce.
